Project 2520
Hello there Beautiful People -
Happy Friday, December 8th, 2023, I hope you had a good week
Today, we're talking about Project 2520.
Our SOW - was to update two Rooms into a combo of Home Offices and Lounges.
Our Clients hired us to to create two Home Office Lounge spaces - this is Room One!
In Room One, we took the closet space and used it for the office, added some sheer curtains and placed a new floating desk on the back wall. The remainder of the space will be the Lounge, and since it was being updated during "Black Friday" of course our client decided to add a 72" TV to his space. Our choice of a chocolate brown sofa and a n abstract rug brings balance to the room along with a splash of #benjaminmoore Paints Color of the Year 2024, Blue Muse #825!

NEW Project: Adding in a shower to an existing Powder Room...Take One
I know you've seen this before, a nice room but without any chacter.
Well, I previous clients hired us to bring this room to life.
So, this Project is called - "Grown Folks Privy" (#grownfolksprivy)
We're updating a Powder Room right off the Family Room - this project was developed out of strong desire for our clients to change their "builders grade" bathroom to something more of a statement room. There are very nice high 10' ceilings, the size of the room is good, but our client told us that the existing pedestal sink doesn't even hold the soap dispenser, there's no architectural details,
no vibe, no mood, just kinda blah...
And so, depending on all the fixtures and supplies we'll need,
our contractors availability,
we're hoping to be done with this one by late July!
